While for an Opel GT, the process is the same for any make or model. Austin-Healey, Chevy, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Iso Grifo, Jaguar, Suzuki, if its pre-Carburetor the cars all wire the same.
If your car is early 80-90s with basic stand alone EFI it also will wire up the same, it will just have to have a separate harness for the EFI.
