The Filebase does not recognize compressed Winrar files. The best format for viewing and downloading is PDF.
I can set up a FTP account where you can upload them to the server and I can go from there.

It's too bad that this thread wasn't started in the "Projects" section.
Projects is a Blog format where you start your project and then add "Articles" under that project. Comments are placed below the article, not between the article posts and new Articles could be added as you go to a different phase of your project.

Just added an image resizing module that will automatically resize images to fit system requirements. You will now be able to upload pics directly from your source.

Files from the old Document program have be recovered and are now available in the File Library.
The old program was a document sharing platform where files could be uploaded and shared. It was not part of this site's CMS and required a separate login. That program is no longer supported by its authors and is not compatible with the updated PHP version this site runs on.
There were over 100 files there that could no longer be accessed. I was able to write a script that pulled the file names and related pdf files from its database. Using that info, a web page with links to the pdf's was created and integrated into this site.
The File Library is in its beginning stage and more will be added and at some point I hope to make file uploading by members available.
