Our Winter meeting will be late January in Walpole. I'll post it when the date is set. Let me know if you need any parts.

OGTS has a multicore aluminum radiator. Some have adapted a Honda aluminum radiator (eBay).
You definitely need the stock shroud. Did you keep the heat shield under the Weber?

when it comes to the mists seats is there much custom bracket work that comes with swapping then out? Jacks has two miatas both passenger seats are in good shape, both drivers are torn
Looks to be fairly easy:

Miata seats are one of the go-to replacements. They are comfortable and fit fit nicely in the GT's. I have Sky/Solstice seats in my GT. Comfortable but sit a little too high. I have to use the back adjuster to get to the rear shelve.
Pretty sure that I have an extra set of stock ones. I'll check their condition later.

None in the area. What do you need? I just got rid of a bunch of parts at Carlisle and still have a lot.

I did a lot of research before settling in on this program. It has a lot of features like if you document a project, any comments are separated from the content
and I can update it in two clicks. -
A couple of times at Carlisle. One was when a tv car show was filming a piece about car clubs (it aired at 2:00 am) and the in the other, a foreign correspondent for Radio Free Europe did an interview with me about my 1951 Olympia.

A friend mentioned that the latest issue of Hemmings has an article about an upcoming estate auction that has over 100 cars. I have not seen the article but the pics show a 1936 Opel Super Six convertible.
The auction is scheduled for August 13, 2016 in New Wilmington, PA.Here's a link to a video:

never heard of the site, kind of new to the opel scene myself, so anymore wisdom and tips would be awesome!
It is opelgt"dot" com. There is a wealth of info on it.
I started it back in '98 and transferred ownership in 2011 when it got too big and expensive to handle. It has not been updated since then and there are a couple of bugs and a lot of ads on it now.
I started this site last year with a focus on Opel clubs and gatherings. We are now the North American section of the 3,000 member German Alt-Opel I.G. club. -

That upgrade is one of the most common for the Cam In Head motors. Very reliable. Not sure if the ones from OGTS have the proper jets for the CIH. (off the shelf Webers should be re-jetted) Give Gil a call.
You will need to use the ball nut from the Solex.Drop me a note if you need any help. I'm not far from you.
