There were announcements for a new Astra OPC in 2017 and 2018 but it was never presented, there is no Insignia OPC either, presumably because the v6 won’t fit anymore. The GSi is no replacement imo, it has 65 less horsepower. The new Corsa hasn’t been spotted in the OPC version either, which is unusual as they normally introduced the OPC together with the standard car.
What do you think? Will they pull a Mazda and say that they’re too mature for fun cars? Would be quite a shame tbh.
